Mr. Brown possesses extensive knowledge and training in crash reconstruction, incident investigation, traffic incident management, and EDR/ECM/CDR data retrieval and analysis. Mr. Brown is an ACTAR Accredited Accident Reconstructionist (#1228), who is skilled in pedestrian, motorcycle, CMV and low-velocity impact collision investigations and analysis. Furthermore, Mr. Brown holds certifications in biomechanics and human factors in crash reconstruction.
